Monthly & Testing Goals Sheets

Setting goals is an important part of what we do. Goals help us see what we want to do, where we want to go, and who we want to be. Then helps us understand what we need to do inorder to make it happen.
We want to make S.M.A.R.T goals:
S – Specific
M – Measurable
A – Attainable
R – Realistic
T – Time bound
Setting a goal that meets all of these requirements helps you be able to successfully accomplish your goals!
Setting goals every testing cycle allows us to focus on that one thing and improve upon it each belt. Setting goals each month helps us break down the larger goal and allows us to see our progress along the way.
Example Goals:
- Do 3 full forms every night at 7:30pm before I go to bed.
- Practice for 30 minutes every day when I get home from school before I start my homework.
- Stretch for 15 minutes every day after I finish my daily practice.
- Do 5 minutes of conditioning for my required board breaks during lunch every day.
